Soup of the Season
So, I’m a huge soup fan, you guys!
I cook (and eat) soup year-round because it’s just that good.
All that said, I’m considering this my year for branching out and trying new things.
First, I started over the summer by trying out some new, unique burger recipes, and now I’m leaning into fall full-force with healthy soup recipes.
7 Sweet Potato Soup Recipes
Ok, before we dive into this list of awesome soup recipes by other bloggers, I have to be brutally honest with you all.
I’m not a sweet potato fan.
That said, I’ve only tried sweet potatoes in 2 forms — the traditional marshmallow-covered Thanksgiving side dish and fries.
While the fry version is alright and something I will eat from time to time, I simply don’t touch the other.
Since sweet potatoes aren’t typically something I buy or cook, I’ve decided to commit to bringing them to my table a few times this fall, and one of those ways is going to be in soup.
Check out the sweet potato soup recipes I found, and I am hoping to try this fall.
