Sweet Summertime

Summer can be a precious time of year when you have little ones.

While my kiddos are mostly grown now (21, 18, and 12), I will always cherish all those summer months we had off from formal learning.

Those years were filled with long summer days in the pool, followed by frozen treats and bonfires, and I fiercely miss them sometimes, you guys!

I even recall the fond memories of making homemade yogurt and kefir pops with my older boys.

Now that my daughter is older and we are finally living in a sticks-and-bricks home, I’m ready to start making all the homemade things again — including frozen treats!

All that said, summertime is officially coming to an end here in Montana, and my series of must-try healthy popsicle recipes is about to wrap up with these homemade strawberry popsicles.

Check them out, you guys!

Just Strawberry Popsicle Recipes

While I came across a ton of strawberry popsicle recipes I’m excited to try, the first ones I want to touch on are all the ones where strawberry runs the show.

They are made using simple ingredients such as fresh strawberries, lemon, water, and agave nectar, and sound incredible, you guys!

Don’t have agave nectar or dislike lemon? No prob! You can always omit the lemon and swap agave for honey, like in this simple strawberry popsicle (not pictured) via Foodess.
